Sinéad is the brains behind Bumps & Babies. Having started her career in health and fitness in 2018, she quickly fell in love with Women's Health. Specialising in Pregnancy & Postpartum Exercise & Wellness, Fertility-Awareness, Nutrition For Female Athletes, and Fertility, Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Yoga, she has dedicated her career to helping women work with their bodies, not against them.
Her mission is to help you feel strong throughout all stages of motherhood, both physically and mentally.
The Dream Team: Gentle Sleep Coaches
The Dream Team is made up of two Gentle Sleep Coaches, Laura and Orla.
They trained together as nurses in University College Dublin and then trained as sleep coaches under the world-renowned sleep coach Kim West, LCSW-C, author of Good Night Sleep Tight.
The Dream Team are on a mission to help your family get the sleep they deserve.
Celine Nelli
Celine Nelli is a certified Nutritional Therapist and holistic Women’s Hormone Health practitioner specialising in postpartum recovery and future fertility journeys.
She uses menstrual cycle awareness, nutritional therapy, lifestyle coaching and mindfulness to empower her clients with optimal health and prepare their body physically, mentally and emotionally for motherhood.
Cradle Psychology
Drs Johanna Clancy and Marese McDonnell are chartered senior clinical psychologists with a passion for parental wellbeing. As friends and colleagues since their clinical training in 2016, they developed Cradle as a unique service focused on supporting families as a whole.
Johanna and Marese bring expertise from their backgrounds in adult, child and disability teams in the Irish health service to Cradle.
Cradle offers a stepped care model of practice depending on client needs which includes workshops, groups, and one to one support for parents from pregnancy through to parenthood.
